OpsLink may add, modify, or remove features, impose limits, or suspend Services (for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons). We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you configure and use OpsLink Services, including Safeguard rules, log channels, and integrations.
- You must ensure your use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable laws.
- If you administer a community, server, or guild, you are responsible for informing your members about your use of OpsLink Services where required.
6. Third-Party Services
OpsLink may integrate with or rely on third-party services (such as game platforms, voice platforms, payment providers, or domain registries). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and OpsLink is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
7. Intellectual Property
- OpsLink retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, and documentation.
- You retain any rights you have in content you upload, host, or transmit, subject to licenses necessary for OpsLink to operate the Services.
- You must not copy, resell, or reverse engineer OpsLink software or dashboards except where permitted by law.

- Use the Services in a way that risks security, abuse, or legal issues;
- Fail to pay fees for any paid Services (where applicable).
Upon termination, your access to OpsLink dashboards and hosting may be disabled, and data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsLink disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. OpsLink does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability

11. Changes to these Terms
OpsLink may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will adjust the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how OpsLink Systems ("OpsLink", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Services, including OpsLink Hosting, OpsLink Domains, OpsLink CAD / MDT, and OpsLink Safeguard.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on which Services you use, we may collect:
- Account and contact information – such as usernames, email addresses, and authentication identifiers.
- Server and configuration data – such as server IDs, guild IDs, selected features, Safeguard configuration settings, and linked channels.
- Operational metadata – such as timestamps, error logs, performance metrics, and anonymized usage patterns.
- Billing / subscription data (if applicable) – handled either by OpsLink or trusted payment providers.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Operate Safeguard’s configuration system and bot/dashboard behaviour.
- Detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- Respond to support requests and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
3. Data Access & Authorized Personnel
Access to any sensitive user data (including configuration data stored in OpsLink databases) is strictly limited to authorized individuals or administrators who have a legitimate need to access it, such as for:
- Debugging and resolving technical issues;
- Investigating abuse, security incidents, or Terms/AUP violations;
- Fulfilling legal or regulatory obligations.
OpsLink uses a least-privilege principle: only a limited set of authorized personnel are granted access to sensitive data, and such access is controlled and, where technically feasible, logged and auditable. Unauthorized access to sensitive data is strictly prohibited.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
Some dashboards and web interfaces may use cookies or local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, or improve security (for example, to store an auth token in your browser). You can control cookies using your browser settings, although disabling them may affect functionality.
5. Data Sharing
We may share limited data with:
- Service providers – such as hosting, infrastructure, logging, or payment providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities – when required by law, court order, or to protect OpsLink or others from harm.
- Third-party platforms – only to the extent required to integrate (e.g., game or voice servers), in line with their APIs and your configuration.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Configuration data (including Safeguard settings) may be retained for a reasonable time after a bot or integration is removed, but may be deleted or anonymized periodically.
7. Security
OpsLink employs reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring for abnormal activity. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of certain personal data. You can contact us at legal@opslinksystems.xyz for privacy-related requests. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is and is not allowed when you use OpsLink Services. The AUP applies to OpsLink Hosting, OpsLink Domains, OpsLink CAD / MDT, OpsLink Safeguard, and any associated dashboards or APIs.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use OpsLink Services to host, transmit, or facilitate:
- Illegal content, including content that violates applicable law.
- Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals or groups.
- Content that promotes self-harm, extremism, or serious violence.
- Malware, unauthorized exploits, or tools primarily intended for hacking.
- Non-consensual or exploitative content of any kind.
2. Prohibited Behavior
- Abusing OpsLink infrastructure (e.g., DDoS, flooding, resource overuse beyond your plan).
- Attempting to bypass authentication, security systems, or rate limits.
- Using OpsLink to spam, phish, or mislead other users.
- Misrepresenting yourself as OpsLink, or falsely implying official OpsLink endorsement.
3. Safeguard Usage
When using OpsLink Safeguard, you must configure it in a way that is fair and lawful to your community. You are responsible for:
- Choosing appropriate log channels and notifying your community where required.
- Ensuring that rules and moderation actions comply with applicable platform rules and law.
- Not using Safeguard to secretly monitor individuals in violation of privacy or platform policies.
4. Enforcement
OpsLink may review logs, configuration, or metadata (not full message content) where necessary to investigate suspected violations of these rules. If we believe you are breaking this AUP, we may:
- Warn you and request changes to your usage.
- Suspend or limit aspects of your Services.
- Terminate Services in serious or repeated cases.
OpsLink Safeguard & Data Handling
OpsLink Safeguard is a bot + web dashboard providing moderation, verification, and automated protection features for communities. This section explains how Safeguard operates and how data is handled.
1. What Safeguard Stores
Safeguard stores configuration and metadata in OpsLink-managed databases, including:
- Server/guild IDs, and identifiers needed to operate the bot and dashboard.
- Enabled/disabled modules, thresholds, and rule sets.
- IDs of channels you choose for audit or moderation logs in your own guild/server.
- Role or permission configuration necessary for Safeguard to function.
This data is stored in a database such as MongoDB and is used solely to operate and improve Safeguard and related OpsLink Services.
2. What Safeguard Does Not Store
By default, Safeguard does not centrally store:
- Full message content or chat histories from your community.
- Voice data or audio streams.
- Media attachments hosted in your channels.
Instead, Safeguard sends logs to channels you configure within your own guild/server. You control those channels and their history via the platform’s own settings.
3. Access to Safeguard Data
As with other OpsLink Services, only authorized individuals or administrators with a legitimate operational need may access Safeguard-related database entries (for example, configuration data). This may be necessary to:
- Debug issues with Safeguard configuration or behavior.
- Investigate abuse, fraud, or serious security incidents.
- Comply with applicable law or valid legal requests.
Such access is controlled using least-privilege principles, and unauthorized access to Safeguard data is strictly prohibited.
4. Your Controls
- You may update Safeguard settings and log channels via the dashboard or commands.
- You may remove Safeguard from your guild/server at any time.
- We may retain configuration data for a reasonable period after removal for abuse prevention, diagnostics, or legal compliance, after which it may be anonymized or deleted.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to any paid OpsLink Services, such as OpsLink Hosting plans, premium features, or other subscription-based offerings (if and when made available).
1. General Principle
Because OpsLink Services are typically digital and provisioned instantly, all sales are generally considered final once a service has been activated, except where local law requires otherwise or where OpsLink chooses to offer a refund at its discretion.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
- If a payment was clearly processed in error (for example, duplicate billing).
- If the service failed to provision entirely and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Where required by applicable consumer protection law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after successful provisioning of hosting or digital services.
- Account suspensions or terminations due to AUP/Terms violations.
- Partial usage of a billing period (for example, cancelling mid-month).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at legal@opslinksystems.xyz or through any designated billing/support channel. Please include relevant transaction IDs, dates, and a clear explanation. We may request additional information to investigate and determine eligibility.
DMCA & Copyright Policy
If you believe that content hosted via OpsLink Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice so that we can review it and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the content in question.
1. Submitting a Notice
Your notice should include, at a minimum:
- Your name, contact information, and (if you represent someone) the name of the rights holder.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located (URLs, server name, etc.).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
You can send copyright-related notices to legal@opslinksystems.xyz.
2. Counter-Notifications
If your content has been removed or restricted and you believe this was done in error, you may send a counter-notification with enough detail to explain why the content is not infringing or is authorized.
3. Repeat Infringers
OpsLink may, where appropriate, suspend or terminate Services for users or projects that repeatedly infringe on others’ rights.
